By the way, just to clear my submissions up, as I was readingthe rules, MY OC, isn't as powerful as the Phoenix. The Phoenix Frament just came to him, but hes not really powerful, he did gain his powers from the phoenix fragment, but not making him really like the original phoenix..

Derivations are fine. XD We understand perfectly well that there are only so many powers and abilities available before people have to start borrowing and duplicating.
